Cash on delivery orders are shipped after address verification. Usually takes 1 day.

Once your order is shipped, it typically takes 1-4 business days for metros and 4-7 business days for other areas. Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unboxing video is mandatory for the return, refund or exchange to be accepted.

For Cash On Delivery order customer needs to provide bank detail or UPI to get back the refund amount.
